CS Jaymeen Trivedi

CS Jaymeen Trivedi is Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a founder member of the firm. He has distinguished exposure and over 9 years of experience in private equity, Corporate Law Matters, Approvals from Registrar of Companies, Regional Directors, Company Law Board and Ministry of CorporateAffairs. Before forming the firm, he was associated with various corporate in Ahmedabad, Kanpur, Kolkata, Maharashtra, Vishakhapatnam and Delhi etc. He has extensively traveled on professional engagements. We have our business presence across India and around the world by the way of strategic alliances and networking with other professional firms to ensure timely deliverables to our valuable clients. He was past Chairman of Committee of Practicing Company Secretaries of Ahmedabad Chapter of ICSI. He is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India; He is also alumni Member of L A Shah Law College which is Renounced college of Law in Gujarat and from where he pursued his Bachelor of Law Degree After Completing Bachelor of Commerce R J Tibrewal College of Commerce.

CS Khushbu Trivedi

CS Khushbu Trivedi is also a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an independently supporting the firm since the formation. She has distinguished exposure and over 10 years of experience in private equity, private placement, Security Laws, Listing Compliances, SEBI (LODR). Before forming the firm, she was associated with various corporates in Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Kolkata. As anAssociate member of the ICSI she served the Ahmedabad Chapter as a Programme Development Committee and participated in various programs for the professional development of the course. She is master in dealing with direct Listing work with BSE under SEBI laws.

Ms Hiral Dave

Ms Hiral Dave is Bachelor of Laws by education and associated with the firm since last 5 years and constant. She joined the firm aftercompleting her education From I M Nanavati Law College. She is master in taking care of Charge management under companies act, 2013. Under tenure she has dealt with around 2000+ charge reports andfilling of charge forms all together.

Krishna Vaghela

Krishna Vaghela is competent person who had join the firm before around 2 years as a management trainee and continuing with the firm. She has cleared the company secretaries course and awaiting for her membership.

Jitu Vaghela

Jitu Vaghela is the one of the key members of the firm who is assisting all the office team members as a office assistant and timely serving the firm since last 2 years.
